Beau Scott “I never did anything half-hearted”

Beau Scott has done it all…..he won a premiership as well as playing for his state and country, but in the end, it was a torn ACL that made the decision to retire from rugby league an easy one.

Scott played 244 games in the NRL for the Sharks, Dragons and Eels, and spoke to Julian King about the highs and lows.

“The high would have to be the (2010) premiership. That was a special day when I look back on it. Certainly one to cherish.”

A noted defender, Scott was one player for ball-runners to avoid in the defensive line.

“I gave my best every game I was  involved in. I never did anything half-hearted.Zero to 100, I was definitely doing 100.”
