Collingwood given a boost ahead its clash with Geelong
Collingwood has been given a boost ahead its Round 8 clash with Geelong.
Skipper Scott Pendlebury has been cleared of serious injury and remains in the mix for selection.
Pendlebury suffered an ankle injury in Sunday’s match against Brisbane and withdrew from the match in the third term.
Scans showed he has bruising to his ankle and lower shin.
The Magpies will monitor how Pendlebury trains during the week before deciding if he will play.
