Is the game of Aussie Rules broken?

Western Bulldogs coach Luke Beveridge has called for fans and officials to stop looking for problems with how the game is played.

In recent months, the AFL has considered a range of ideas from introducing zones to limit player movement, to reducing games times or player numbers and changing the start time of the Grand Final.

A campaign for change resulted in the League establishing a Competition Committee, which is tasked with constantly reviewing the Laws of the Game along with other facets of Australian Rules.

Is the game broken? Or, as Luke Beveridge suggests, should it just be left alone?
