It’s time to follow the Kiwis, according to legendary Rugby commentator

Legendary Rugby commentator Gordon Bray says Australia need to copy the way New Zealand nurture their next generation of players.

Wales beat Australia 9-6 in Cardiff over the weekend, which was their first victory over the Wallabies in 10 years.

The side have now lost nine of their last 13 games and Bray told Halftime we should look at adopt a similar junior pathway model that is currently in place across the ditch.

“They’ve got pathways right through schoolboy level,” he said.

“That’s going to be a medium-term project that Australia Rugby has got to work on.

“The fans love the grassroots and schoolboy Rugby.”
