18 years after his last Olympic Marathon at the Sydney games Steve Moneghetti is still running regularly with his average Sunday involving a 20 km morning run followed by a 10 km run in the afternoon.
Despite the usual aches and pain associated with age, wear & tear… Moneghetti says having good shoes can be the key to having the ability to run for years.
In an interview with Clinton & Sam, the 4-time Olympian also explains why he is giving up coffee this month as part of his commitment to Life Education.
