Tom Phillips urges injured teammate to find positives

Collingwood midfielder Tom Phillips has urged teammate Adam Treloar to look at the positives ahead his upcoming injury layoff.

Treloar is set to undergo surgery after injuring his hamstring tendon over the weekend, with the former Giant set to miss as much as six weeks.

The 22-year-old told Afternoons that while not having Treloar out on the field was “sad”, he was looking forward to having him back for the latter stages of the seasons.

“If we can keep our place in the top four or eight (until he’s back), that’ll be great,” Phillips said.
