Tony Shaw’s EXCLUSIVE announcement

Tony Shaw has made the big announcement that he will present the Premiership Cup to Scott Pendelbury and Nathan Buckley should Collingwood win the Grand Final on Saturday afternoon.

Shaw, the 1990 Premiership Captain, played 313 games for the Magpies and lead them to the 1990 flag after years of disappointment, and even claimed the Norm Smith medal in that win over Essendon.

Shaw said of the honor, “I am pretty humble, but I hope I get the opportunity to do it.”

“Eddie texted me and said, ‘Ring me now. I got a bit worried.”

Shaw spoke of just how good it would be to present that Cup to Nathan Buckley.

“It would be a great story after what Nathan went through last season. It would give me so much joy to give him the cup”

Shaw hopes he gets to deliver the Cup to Nathan Buckley and Scott Pendelbury, but wants to make sure he doesn’t fall off the stage.

“I am just hopeful I don’t fall off the stage.”

Former Eagles great Dean Kemp will present the cup should the Eagles win the Premiership.
