Penrith Panthers prop Trent Merrin believes that they have the team to go all way in this years NRL.

“I’ve got total believe and faith in the playing group that we’ve got, in getting the final result done.”

The Panthers have won 5 of six games this season and Merrin believes that they were stronger for the one game they did lose.

“I think you learn a lot more from your losses than your wins, so we went back to the drawing board, worked really hard, and got the results we know we’re capable of again.”

Trent has joined forces with Kids Helpline to launch a very different kind of mental health initiative.

The ‘Move Out Of Your Head’ campaign aims to spread the awareness of mental health using social media… and dance.

Trent is encouraging kids to bust out their favourite dance moves and post them online to raise awareness.
